The greatest experience when repairing my laptop. The service was BEYOND amazing. I had researched what it might cost to replace my hard drive and it was hundreds at other big places whereas vanguard only charged me $150. I was beyond relieved and it was replaced in 24 hours. The logic board on my Macbook pro went out so I was looking for a place to replace it. A google search later, I’m emailing Vanguard with questions about services after their posted hours. Not 2 min go by when I got an email from Bladen (Not sure on the spelling) telling me that they do the repair i’m looking for and that he would call me the next day. A few days later, I drop the computer off. After some diagnostic work, they call me up with options and we go from there. A week later, I’ve got my machine back. He even stayed later than closing time so I could pick it up. Great service, great customer service and very competitive pricing. I’ll certainly will be back!
This company did a fantastic job! I went to Best Buy for help with my laptop and they told me I had to wait two weeks for the part to be delivered. This place was very professional and speedy when it came to upgrading my computer. I came in asking them to upgrade my old MacBook Pro to a SSD to make it faster and they were able to do all of it on the same day! My computer runs a lot faster than it did before and it basically feels like a brand new computer. Definitely will come back here for my future computer needs
