What types of computers do you repair?
We repair all computers. Just bring it to us and we will diagnose the problem and we will fix it as soon as we can!
I tried repairing my computer myself, can I still bring it in for repair or diagnostic?
Yes, no problem! We will fix it if the device is not completely broken. Again, please trust us and let us fix it for you!
I have multiple issues with my computer, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?
Yes, you can! Just contact Vanguard Solutions and describe your problem and we will see what we can do for you.
Do I get a free diagnosis?
We will charge a $20 diagnostic fee, but if you decide to fix the computer through us, we will wave the fee in your bill.
Can I request a door-to-door service?
We prefer our customers drop off the computers to our office, which is located in Covina. However, if it is necessary, we will provide door-to-door service with a minimum charge.
What should I include when I drop off my device?
You only need to bring in your broken computer, and we will give you a form to fill out with all the information about your computer, then you are good to go!
How long does it usually take to fix my computer?
It will depend on the problem with the computer. It will usually take about a couple days to a week.
Liquid Damage Service
What should I do if I spilled water or other liquid on my computer?
Do not turn on your computer. It’s best if you bring it the next day or even the same day, as we will have a better chance of repairing it. Of course, if you can’t bring it to us immediately, try to dry it out, then bring your device to us as soon as possible.
My computer was water damaged and now everything seems to work fine except for one function, do I still need the full water damage service?
The easiest answer to that question is to simply contact us or drop off your device to our office so our technicians can diagnose the problem.
How long do water damage repairs take to complete?
Water damage repairs generally take between 24 and 72 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary, however, depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.
How much do you charge for remote service?
If you cannot drop off your device to our office, we will have someone bring the service to you. We will charge a $50 remote service fee.
Do you charge extra for delivery?
No, the remote service fee is a one-time charge fee. You will not pay any extra fee if you request both pick up and drop off service.
